Qatar Telekom in bid for Indonesian PT Indosat.

Qatar Telecom (Qtel) has announced a tender offer to acquire all outstanding 'Series B' shares of PT Indosat of Indonesia.

The company is already the controlling and single-largest shareholder in Indosat.
